Privacy Notice

1. Controller

2. Data we collect

Account: full name, mobile number and, for organizers, email address.

Sports profile: rating per discipline, events and results (times and placings) and, if you add it, your profile photo.

Registrations and payments: events you register for and payment status. Your card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Technical: one cookie required to keep you signed in.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. What we use it for

Necessary purposes: creating and managing your account; verifying your mobile number with a code sent by SMS or WhatsApp; recognizing that you are the same person across events and linking your history and rating; enabling your registration and payment; displaying ratings and results; syncing events and registrants with the organizer's Rope Master app; and security and fraud prevention.

We do not use your data for marketing without your additional consent.

4. What is public and what isn't

Public: your name, rating, results history and your profile photo if you choose to add one.

Visible only to organizers with an account: your mobile number. It is never shown on public pages.

5. Your mobile number

We use it to verify your identity and as a key to recognize you across events. Organizers with an account can see it in the participant directory and in their Rope Master app in order to register you for their events, and must use it only to manage those events. We store it with security measures and do not sell it.

6. If an organizer registered you

An organizer may have created your profile with your name and mobile number. You can claim it by verifying your number, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted by writing to contacto@kinalia.com.mx.

7. Transfers and providers

We do not sell your data. We share it with organizers as described in section 5 and use providers that process it on our behalf: Stripe (payments), a messaging provider (verification codes) and an infrastructure and database provider. Some may store or process data outside Mexico.

8. Your rights and consent

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, revoke your consent and limit its use. Write to contacto@kinalia.com.mx with your full name, the right you wish to exercise and your registered mobile number. We will respond within 20 days. If you believe your right was not honored, you may contact the Mexican Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.

9. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 3 years after you close it, unless the law requires a longer period.

10. Cookies

We only use the cookie required to keep you signed in; we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may use its own at checkout.

11. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page with its version and date.
